Google has released some really killer services over the last several years, and some real flops too. Unfortunately, Google Wallet falls into the latter of those categories. Wallet hasn’t grown in quite the way Google would have liked, for a number of reasons, but Google isn’t giving up yet.

Google Wallet is now integrated with Gmail, so you can quickly and securely send money to friends and family directly within Gmail -- even if they don’t have a Gmail address. It's free to send money if your bank account is linked to Google Wallet or using your Google Wallet Balance, and low fees apply to send money using your linked credit or debit card.

Go to official website of google wallet : wallet.google.com and after Sign Up for a free Google Wallet.
After filling this form Accept and create this wallet account. if you're not fill billing information then Fill the debit and credit info your wallet account.
Now your Google wallet now Integrated with gmail allowing users to send money as an attachment so open your Gmail Account. After opening of your gmail then click on compose mail option for send money to your friend.
After open compose option then click on plus option then show doller sign to add send money information.
To send money in Gmail, hover over the attachment paperclip, click the $ icon to attach money to your message, enter the amount you wish to send, and press send.
